The Asian Institute of Technology Conference Center (AITCC) is a fully equipped conference center nestled inside the green campus of Asian Institute of Technology (AIT). It is surrounded by a beautiful greenery and wildlife, and away from the noise, traffic and pollution of the city. AIT is also a neighbor to Thammasat University and the Thailand Science Park.

AITCC’s role is to provide modern, efficient and fully equipped on-campus conference facilities for use by trustees, faculties, students, alumni, staff, visiting lecturers, course participants, other visitors to the Institute and the campus community in general. It has facilities to cater to a wide range of conference and seminar needs from 10-500 people. The 500-seat tier auditorium is fully equipped and state-of-the art perfect for holding big conferences and other social gatherings. It is also now fully equipped to accommodate virtual seminars, webinars and conferences.

AIT is just 42 kms way from Bangkok city center. It is also strategically located just 25 kms away from Don Mueang International Airport, the country’s secondary airport catering to domestic travels.

Free shuttle van services will be provided for NERPS Conference 2023 participants for transfer between your accommodation and the conference venue (AIT) every day from 28 February 2023 to 03 March 2023. Download this document for details.
