Abstracts for research presentations only must have 200-300 words, a title, author/s and their affiliations, and at least three keywords.
Full papers must be submitted on or before 30 October 2022. Manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer-review process, with a minimum of two reviewers, and authors must be prepared for a range of outcomes, including rejection and major revision. The Scientific Committee will select the best papers and best presentations for student and professional categories. Awardees will receive a certificate, a set of NERPS merchandise, and free registration for the next NERPS conference.
A session proposal must have a title, at least 3 keywords, 1 chair, 1 discussant, and abstracts of 3-4 presentations. The chair and discussant should share responsibilities if they are also included in the session as individual presenters. Each participant must register separately to be able to attend the conference.
Roundtables are moderated discussions among researchers, students, policymakers, and/or practitioners. A roundtable proposal must have a title, an abstract of up to 300 words, at least 3 keywords, and at least 4 speakers. Each participant must register separately to be able to attend the conference.
Workshops are sessions for skills-building, networking, project scoping, early-career opportunities, writing, and publishing. A workshop proposal must have a title, an abstract of up to 300 words, at least 3 keywords, at least 1 chair, and at least 2 speakers. Each workshop participant must register separately to be able to attend the conference.
Non-presenting participants must register by 21 February 2023 to be able to attend the conference.
