Dr. Dahlia Simangan attended the International Studies Association (ISA)-Asia Pacific conference held at the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore from 4-6 July 2019. She presented her working paper on the International Relations (IR) scholarship on the Anthropocene in the Asia Pacific. Her paper examines the Asia-Pacific perspectives on peace and sustainability in the context of universalizing discourses on the Anthropocene. The conference theme was “Asia-Pacific and World Order: Security, Economics, Identity and Beyond.”
