Call for Papers

IMPORTANT NOTE: To ensure that more participants can be accommodated at the conference, presenters are limited to only two types of participation. This means that a participant is not allowed to do two research presentations, but they can do one presentation and participate in a workshop/roundtable.

Research/Review Paper Presentations

Abstracts for research/review paper presentations must have 200-300 words, a title, author/s and their affiliations, and at least three keywords. Non-participating co-authors must register to be included in the conference program. Click here for the abstract format.

FULL PAPERS (OPTIONAL)

Full papers must be submitted on or before November 30, 2023. Manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer-review process, with a minimum of two reviewers, and authors must be prepared for a range of outcomes, including rejection and major revision. Download the paper writing template here.

The Scientific Committee will select the best papers and best presentations for student and professional categories. Awardees will receive a certificate, a set of NERPS merchandise, and free registration for the next NERPS conference.

Non-participating co-authors must register to be included in the conference program. Download the abstract writing template here.
